Note that Mr. Ravishankar also says like Dr. P. Misra that he is treating the matter as closed simply because SWO and SM, Mr. KM Rajan has said so. Mr. KM Rajan has said so without furnishing any reason and has merely narrated sequence of correspondence. Mr. Ravishankar has also merely narrated the sequence of correspondence like Mr. KM Rajan.
Note also the sheer callousness of his tone in treating the matter as "frivolous", when i have been rendered handicapped for life.
Also, he has stated the matter should not be taken up as it would "be setting a bad precedent and would open a pandora's box". Such a statement reflects that he is not interested in meteing out justice but is merely being expedient.
