Please take note that PO, MMD Chennai, Dr. P. Misra, is nitpicking on a mere technicality (unsigned and undated), and refuses to furnish any reason for treating the matter as closed. He has merely said that SWO and SM Mr. KM Rajan has stated that the complaint is not sustainable, who has also done so without assigning any reason.
